| One egg keeps crashing my game (C3DS) | |

Not sure why, but it's just the one egg (and I have no idea which creature it's from), and this is the error I get every time it tries to hatch:
CreatureHead::SetHeadImage
Tried to change to head sprite index 41 when only 32 were read in.
Expression offset: 32, Expression: 1, SetSize: 32, Eyes: 1, Eye offset, 0, My view, 9
I can give a list of breeds I'm using if necessary, and I'm also using the Eggonicer... this is in a docked world.

It looks like a sprite is missing. What breeds are installed? Sometimes sprites aren't properly organized in some of the old breed .zip files.

Check the body data folder for missing sprites. I know the Yettins have images in their body data folder, and there might be one or two others that do that. Also, the only thread I could find with your error was this one here but I don't think it'll be much help. Seems like you have a rare error.

Nothing doing, the body data folder has just ATTs in it. Really bizarre! I wish I could figure this out o~o Maybe I'll just plop all the sprites back in and see if that helps.

It actually might be GAIA who's causing the problem here, despite her not actually being in the world. Her head sprite only has 32 images in it, which just so happens to be the amount this error is giving you.
What I think might be happening is that the head gene for the creature in that egg has mutated to either Geat slot G (the breed slot GAIA occupies), or a slot where the closest occupied slot is Geat slot G and therefore uses the sprite in that slot. If you happen to be using the Dream Norns, then they're the most likely culprit (though natural mutations can be weird sometimes, so it could very well have happened otherwise).
When the creature tries to hatch, it wants to put on a happy face, but since GAIA only has the images for the neutral expression the game throws an error.
I'd recommend just trashing the bad egg in question, by making sure the hand is over the egg, opening the CAOs Command Line (Shift + Ctrl + C), and typing this:
targ hots
gene kill targ 1
kill targ |
This will remove the gene file from the world's repository and remove the egg as well. You might want to close the CAOs Command Line immediately afterwards; if you misclick you might delete something else by accident (there's probably a more efficient means of getting rid of eggs, but right now I can't think of any).
Alternatively, you could alter the gene file the egg is using and change the slot the head gene is using to something the game won't object to. However, if you don't know who the parents are this is probably more trouble than it's worth.

How strange, I never would have expected that Grendel Man! It's happened a couple times before and after I reset a few times the game seemed to work normally, so you might be right! I think I'll try to get the Dream Norn genetics out of the population so this doesn't happen again--so bizarre. Thanks for the info though!

GrendelMan's code should be put into just 1 single line, only seperated by spaces.
Also, maybe someone should suggest a "GAIA completition" sprite set in the ideas pool or make a Gaius-based GAIA or something... These errors seem to happen a lot.

Hmmm... I could probably do that, but I'll need to figure out how to extract the sprites and such... time to do some research!

Pretty sure all you'd have to do is copy the existing sprite frames and paste them at the end of the file to make complete "sets", one for each missing expression. You can do that within SpriteBuilder without having to extract anything.
