DS Offline Option
=================
1) Copy the .c16 file in your "C ...\Docking Station\Images\" folder,
2) Copy/replace the .cos file into your "C ...\Docking Station\Bootstrap 010\" folder
3) Load DS and make a new world, you will see the new login display has a new offline-play button

Doringo is asking what version of the game you're using. For example, did you buy it from GOG.com?

Just incase you did, check your My documents > Creatures
If there is no creatures folder in Documents, or there is but no Docking station folder, you probably don't have exodus from GOG. |

Look in your C: Programs folder for Creature Labs, Creatures Exodus or a similar folder. Inside, you should see another folder called "Docking Station".
That's the root folder for Docking Station and should have the Images and Bootstrap folder that you're looking for.

Well, once you've found the folders you need, just follow the instructions.
1 - There's a file included with the offline patch that has the file extension .c16. That goes into the Images folder.
2 - Just like above, there's a file with the extension .cos. That goes in the Bootstrap/010 Docking Station folder.

If you're on a Windows computer, you should be able to reach C: Program Files by clicking on the start menu (button at the bottom left of your screen) and clicking on "My Computer" or "Computer".
Once you're there, you'll see a screen with multiple drives, usually named something like C: D:, etc.
Click on C: and look for the folder called "Program Files".
Inside "Program Files" you need to look for another folder called "Creature Labs", "Creatures Exodus" or something with a similar title.
Inside of that folder, you'll see another folder called "Docking Station".

That would be a good discussion for the General forum. Actually, I think there's a tutorial on how to play the games remotely on your mobile somewhere on the site. You should look it up.
