What program is there that can resize a whole bunch of images at once? Because I definitely need this for readjusting the CA to DS norns. Lol. Thank you.

there's absolutely a way to do that in photoshop! It's called the Actions setting and I have no dang idea how to do it but basically you can make it take notes of the steps you took and repeat that on command, so in theory you can make it perform the same action over and over... I'm not sure if this helps at all?

Photoshop does batch converting. I'm sure there are other programs that have similar features, but off the top of my head that's one solution.

Thanks guys. I actually knew that photoshop did it, I was just wondering if there were any freeware ones. Good thing I still have a copy of it 8D
Oh, and by the way, does this include editing multiple images at once? It would be quite useful. Thanks again.

If you add the BIMP plugin to the GIMP, it's possible to batch resize images. (Resize lots of images at once.)
