Sometimes, one or two of my ettins will go insane with homesickness. I keep a population in the biodome metaroom, which doesn't make ettin home smell, so I downloaded an ettin home smell emitter to it. But they were still 'intensely homesick' so I just left a homesick ettin in the ettin desert metaroom for a while. It didn't work either, still homesick.  So, I put the ecology applet agent and the smell detector in the ettin desert and both of them weren't picking up any ettin home smell at all! What's up with this. I tried it in a world with no custom agents too, still no home smell.  With the C3 emitter it only detected ettin home smell when it was emitting at max strength. I tried it in an undocked C3 world and it was the same. Does this happen to other people? |

A lot of the home smell makers are very conservative in the amounts they put out - even the DS heating pad is about four times stronger than any of the home smells in C3. For your ettins, try the Home Smell Parfume (set to yellow) close to the ground. My TCR Norns |
