when injecting this agent in ds the game crashed with an error saying it couldn't parse a catalog file.
i cannot run ds because it throws up the same error whenever i try to play.
do i have to reinstall ds or is there another way around this?
running installblast can open the game, but loading a world crashes the game.
here is the error i get when running engine.exe:
Catalogue Error: CLE0009: Error parsing file (".\Catalogue\gargoyle_v1.3.catalogue", line 3)
Windows NT/2000 6.0 build 6002 (Service Pack 2)
OriginalDisplay DirectX (no modules)

I don't know what causes that error exactly, but it's a problem with the agent's catalogue file. Delete "gargoyle_v1.3.catalogue" and your game should start, if it's a similar problem I had once.
Also I would start the game using the engine.exe, and not the installblast thing. Last time I started the game using installblast, it tried to update my game, even though there hasn't been a new update for DS in years. I vaguely remember that update breaking my game, but I could be misremembering that.

i usually run the game from engine.exe, though...
i searched the whole ds folder for "gargoyle" and got nothing.
i decided to just cram all my agents and whatnot into a zip file and reinstall ds.
unfortunately, running the install pops up an error saying it couldn't find a file, then it closes.
i have no idea what i'm doing... (especially since there isn't an uninstall for ds so i had to delete the folder manually... |

I'm pretty sure DS comes with an uninstaller. I know my DS version did. Are you using DS standalone, or Exodus? If your using the standalone one then I really don't know. Post the missing file error I guess? I really don't know what's wrong with your game.
