I'm going through all my old C3/DS worlds, cleaning stuff up and exporting norns. Amongst them was a docked C3DS world created just for splicing. When I started it up, one of my norns was in one of the pods, but it wouldn't open, so I exported him directly from the pod. He was fine, but when I re-import him - either to the same world or any other - I can select him, tickle or slap him, but not hold his hand to move him, nor pick him up.
Does anyone know how to correct this? Do norns have bhvr set the way objects do? (As a workround I may be able to move him around with CAOS, but he's as dumb as a box of frogs and is highly distractable, so I doubt I'd be able to instruct him to move from the meso to the splicer.) |

Excellent! That did the trick, thank you.
Any idea why it happened? Is this a known side-effect of the splicer? (This was the C3 splicer, not Amai's version.) |

Yes, this is what the splicer pods do to creatures as well as zombifying them. I guess it's so you wont accidentally pick one up or lead it away while it's inside the pod. Releasing the creature from the pod sets the variables back to normal, but if that isn't possible for some reason, you get this problem. |

Cool, I'll remember that if it happens again. |
