It would help to know which world(s) you're trying to use first. Most worlds come with documentation which tells you how to install them. |

No, not installing any worlds. I mean like having more of them like in C2 and C3/DS. |

Do you mean like a World Switcher? |

Something like that. |

This Creatures Wiki article talks about using the 'Darwin', 'Doctor', 'Cheese' or 'Skirty' cheats in order to make new worlds in C1:
Making New Worlds with Cheats
I've never tried it myself however, but it's the only reference I could find. Perhaps someone else here knows more about it. Good luck!

I do this all the time, Puddini! I actually use the following method, which has always worked for me:
- Rename your current world.sfc file to something else, like world2.sfc or something more descriptive.
- Locate the world file named Eden.sfc and make a copy of this.
- Move the copy into the same directory that the world.sfc file was located.
- Rename the copy of Eden.sfc to world.sfc.
- Repeat this process whenever you like, and just rename whatever world you would like to play as world.sfc.
Without knowing how you installed Creatures 1, I can't say exactly what directory you'll find the files. But they should be located in the main Creatures 1 directory, where most files are located. Hope this helps!

Thanks! BTW, where do I find the moniker files of my creatures? |

It's on the genetics page of the Science kit. |

Yeah, but where do I find the files? |

The files will be located in the folder under Creatures 1/Genetics.

Is there something like an inseminator for C1? Also, I imported a norn but it's moniker doesn't show up in the Genetics... |

Not sure about your first question. As for the second, the moniker will be there. Make sure you're in the right directory, as some installations will have folders in both My Documents and the C drive.
The easiest thing I do is to sort the monikers by date created. This lets me find the right one for recently conceived eggs, along with anyone I just hatched/imported.

Re: the inseminator - you'll need either the C1 genetics kit (I think it's downloadable now from Gameware), or Brad's Wolfling Monitor (which has a section that will do this).
Edited to add: you don't make a norn pregnant in C1 - you choose both the mum and dad genome files and create a new egg. |
