Help Forum Nonexistant messages?    toxic biohazard Freylaverse    Moderator   9/5/2013 Hey guys! My creatures caves displays that I have two unread messages when I don't have any. It's become somewhat irritating, and I was wondering if someone could reset my messages? Thank you!! Science is a beautiful gift to humanity; We should not distort it.   Malkin Manager     9/5/2013 Go into your messages - if someone's sent you a message, and then another message in the same thread, it will show as an unread message (because you've only clicked on the most recent unread message in that thread). clicking on the title of the unread in-between messages should resolve the issue. I get this sometimes when I browse on my phone - sometimes just refreshing the page clears it, sometimes it needs the whole cache clearing.   Tea Queen Laura     9/6/2013  2 I've had this problem before and had to get Rascii to fix it; the sender had deleted a message that I hadn't read yet, or something along those lines.   Caves Dweller Rascii Administrator     9/6/2013 It should be fixed now. You had two unread messages from 2012. Apparently you deleted a message thread that someone had open in their browser, and they replied to it after the thread was deleted so the messages got stuck in no man's land. - Rascii   toxic biohazard Freylaverse Moderator   9/6/2013  1 It's fixed!
