So I'm trying for the hundredth time to install Creatures Exodus the 'correct' way - ie. in the My Documents folder, so that catalogues like those of Garden Box install in the right place. Every time it's still created a seperate set of folders under 'Creatures' in My Documents and then when I come to downloading things the catalogues go in there.
I know this might be tricky as all systems are different, but could someone please explain to me what exactly needs to go in My Documents? Does it need to be the whole GOG.com folder, including other creatures game like the Albian Years? Or do I just need to have Creatures Exodus directly there in My Documents, or even just Creatures 3 and Docking Station? I just need to know what folder(s) should be in My Documents. If it matters, my system is Windows 7. Any help would be really appreciated, at the moment every time I've run the catalogue tester it says they haven't installed properly. |

This might help.
Okay so some of the newer editions of Creatures install catalogue files in an odd place, and the Garden Box needs the catalogue files to be in the correct place.
If you downloaded it from GOG you can probably do something like this: C Program Files (x86)\GOG\Creatures Eodus\Docking Station\Catalogue.
