Help Forum Windows 7    Aly   6/29/2013 Hi, is it possible to instal Creatures Adventures on Windows 7? I have got my own game but i don't know how to instal it.   Prodigal Sock Ghosthande     6/29/2013 Good question! I have Windows 7 and Creatures Village, but haven't installed it yet. But I assume it will probably work fine, since I didn't have any problems with C3/DS and it's based on the same engine. If I get a chance to install it some time soon, I'll be sure to post the results. [edit] After a brief play session I can say that it installs and plays just fine... for me, at least. And I didn't need to tinker with game files or anything like that to get it to work. So far everything looks good!   Solariana   6/29/2013 Well... personally I'm not sure about CA, but GOG.com is selling Creatures Village, which is CA-esque. It might help satisfy your craving just in case you can't install it! Here is the link to download it. It's on sale for 3 bucks right now! Drawing today!   Mioonktoo     6/29/2013 I'm curious as well since I only have CA on disc and the only OS I have to work with on the laptops is Windows 7. So far I haven't been able to get it to install, but the autorun and the little video works. At the moment, I have other things to spend my money on than games. As one of my bibbles has said. Windows 95 or 98 should work if you have the option.   Aly   6/30/2013 I tried compatibility mode, i chose Windows 95 but i still can't instal it. But thanks for answers   Jessica     6/30/2013  1 Unfortunately, Windows 7 isn't all that great with the original discs. Chocosaurus posted a great link to the GOG.com version, which I purchased in the past and can attest to it working on a Windows 7 system! It's always a shame when old discs don't work out, but at least you still have yours. Hope you eventually get to play again soon! Discover Albia
