Docking Station Error

I created a new undocked world in DS. After being in the game for about ten minutes I get this error:
Runtime error in agent 1 1 28 (Volcano cone) script 1 1 28 1000 unique id 300

If I just choose kill agent I get this after some more time:

I choose kill agent and move to agent location I get this:
Failed to get meta room location

The game then force quits. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling EVERYTHING.

I am running windows 7 with all the latest updates. And my version of Docking Station is from the GOG version of Exodus.

Any suggestions? If you need more information let me know. I'd really like to get this figured out.

Note: Where it says (netbabel 148 ) there's not supposed to be a space between the 8 and the ) but it keeps giving me a silly smiley face 8)

Do you have any volcano-like cos files in your DS bootstrap folder?
The CDN suggests that something may have "tried to create an agent completely outside of the room system."

For some reason there IS a volcano.cos in my bootstrap folder. Weird.

That would make a lot of sense.

Should I perhaps try another clean install of DS/C3 to solve this problem? I keep having issues with the Balloon Bugs in docked worlds as well.

I never even thought to check the CDN. I clearly shouldn't be awake right now.

Just move the volcano and balloon bug cos files out of your DS folder system. They should only go in your C3 folder system.

When you boot up a new game, all the files in the bootstrap are injected - which leads to problems when the room that the volcano is meant to be in isn't there.

I've had similar problems when I wasn't thinking and put some C3 .cos files in the DS bootstrap folder. Malkin's solution sounds like it should work! I thought my game was completely broken at one point, but moving one .cos file ended up solving everything. Hopefully you'll be back up and running in no time!

That would make sense. It triggers invalid map position because the volcano is being injected into the area where the ettin desert should be. and the ettin desert is nonexistant in standalone worlds so it triggers an error.

Okay removed the volcano cos file out of the folder and the issue is solved.
There was nothing pertaining to the balloon bugs in there so I just left it. I tried a world docked with C3 again and had no issues. So perhaps it was just the volcano file :P.

Looks like it's fixed now anyways. Thanks everyone for the help. :D

I have never had this issue in the past. I think I was just fooling around with some of the cos files and moved it there by mistake.
