Halp! I recently got a new computer - it's running windows 7 - and tried installing my old C2 and C3 games. However, the same thing happens with both games when I try to install them - I'll click the "install" button, it will stay highlighted for a few seconds while the "processing/pending" symbol appears (in this case, the circle symbol, analogous to the hourglass in earlier versions of windows) .... but then, nothing happens! the button becomes deselected and it's as if I never clicked on it at all. I'll open task manager afterward and see that the "setup.exe*32" process is there in the process line but never was put into action. Tried running the setups in compatability mode, too, and still nothing happens! what's up with that??

You need the GoG version of Exodus and Albian Years to run on Windows 7. I've tried running C3 and C2 in every way possible, but nothing works for them, not even compatibility mode. The only way I you'll be able to get them working is on an older computer or with those GoG versions.

Anytime! ![[ngrin] [ngrin]](/images/smilies/emot_grin.gif)
And yes, I've bought all three Creatures games from GoG, and it's perfectly safe! They work just fine, although there are a couple bugs that are easy to work around. Lemme know if you have any troubles at all!
