Help Forum Genetics mutation question, fun!    Minx      9/2/2012 Okay, here is what I'm seeing on GeneCompare of a comparison between a first generation and their offspring: 15 New in file 1 13 0 Emb B MutDupCut 128 0 Organ# = 0, Creature, Drives, Sex drive, chem=Sex drive, thresh=0, nom=0, gain=228, features=Analogue (0) 15 New in file 2 13 0 Emb B MutDupCut 128 1 Organ# = 0, Creature, Drives, Sex drive, chem=Sex drive, thresh=0, nom=0, gain=228, features=Analogue (0) I have always written off these sort of comparisons because I thought the "1 Organ" versus "0 Organ" were modifiers that weren't actually utilized within the game. It's always appeared that way, too. Here's the quandary: I have been trying to breed norn #2 for like an hour. She kisses obsessively , but doesn't become "friendly" or end with a kiss-pop. I checked her fertility, and everything seems peachy except her sex drive never rises. Even when I HoverDoc-Boost her, nothing happens. I went back and looked at her genetics, and what I posted above is the only mutation that stood out to have any sort of effect. Any ideas? Also, is there anyway I can still get her impregnated "naturally"? That is to say, maybe I'll just try to inject her with some synthetic mood-enhancers. (The hoverdoc sex boost only works on 'adult' creatures, not younger or older than that) Are there any other mutations? Even when she kissed her mate on her own there was no increase in sex drive. The arousal potential went up, but that was it. Libido lowerer was at zero and her oestrogen was fine. Everything seemed to be a-okay save that she has zero sex drive at any given time. I want to create a C3 breed someday.. Formally defectiveminx.   Patient Pirate ylukyun Manager   9/2/2012 I think that the sex drive receptor is broken. 1 might be the variant number which would mean that it is switched off unless the creature is variant 1 (this is random).   Minx   9/2/2012 Yeah, I think you're right. I've just never had such a variant (number in front of organ) cause such a ruckus. It may be worth it now to check out some of my other creatures that had similar issues to different drives.
