If you have anything that you need to get off your chest, or anything that really annoys you, feel free to post about it here! If I could rant about anything, it would probably be Electronic Arts. Seriously, when I first got The Sims 3 and The Sims 3: Pets, the game would randomly freeze during gameplay for no reason whatsoever. I managed to fix the problem in the end, but I do think its pretty dumb that EA put a videogame out there that is full of bugs! ![[angry]](/images/smilies/angry.gif "[angry]") I'm also pretty peeved how they have also decided to ditch Spore. It has been nearly two years since another patch has been released (not counting the one that you get with the highly controversial Bot Parts Pack, which you have to PAY for!) and the game is still buggy in places. |

EA is known for releasing buggy products. But why fix a game released a couple years ago when they can just make a new one? Look at the prices for TS3 and the expansions. They're probably rolling in money.  Today I ended up transferring money out of an account and then immediately having to transfer it right back into the same account. Because my bank is dumb.   |

I had a banking problem once too, but it was pretty much my fault. I had taken the dog with me to the ATM, and just as my card was ejecting I got distracted by the dog and the machine ate my card. Luckily the bank ordered me a new one shortly after.  |

EA knows it can release The Sims rife with bugs because the community can and does fix it for them for free. ![[nsad]](/images/smilies/emot_sad.gif "[nsad]") Hoo boy, the one time I've had my card eaten was when I was just about to go on a day trip with my boyfriend and good friends. It was so embarrassing! The Finder was cancelled on fox, which is STUPID because it had a fanbase. People liked it. Including me! Why on EARTH would they cancel a show that people like?! And of COURSE they DIDN'T cancel Alcatraz, which is the stupidest show EVER. The ENTIRE season was just the characters doing the same thing over and over and OVER! Don't forget. Always, somewhere, someone is fighting for you. As long as you remember her, you are not alone. |

Ah, EA. I'll buy the rest of the stuff for TS3, you know, just because. I'll probably go as far as ordering Supernatural on Origin for the Plants vs Zombies stuff. The new Simcity, on the other hand, I won't be getting. Not so much the online as the fact that we most likely won't even be getting grade-separated freeways. Rain that happens all the time. It happened to Invader Zim, V, Symbionic Titan, etc. I don't know exactly how big SB's fanbase was, but the first two were certainly popular. |

C-Rex, I bet you don't even know what the DID to the Command & Conquer series, which would give you about 10 MORE reasons. I'm really upset right now because I have a crappy computer. It can't run ANYTHING, besides creatures. But creatures is over a decade old, so even your grandmother's rig could run THAT. What especially amkes me furious is that mom and dad are always getting brand new laptops and such, usually for work. And my brother has TWICE gotten a computer for his birthday, and I get whatever peace of crap can be scraped together in under $20! I used to have a better computer, but of course my brother took apart to salvage parts for HIS computer. And why? So that he could have dual monitor functionality! DID I MENTION HE WIPED EVERYTHING I HAD ON THAT COMPUTER?!?!??!?! EVERYTHING! Text documents, images, creatures the WHOLE THING! He says I told him he could, but I would NEVER EVER IN A MILLION YEARS CONSENT TO THAT!!!!!! And right now I'm stuck with a desktop that can't run youtube in the background without skipping EVERY 2 SECONDS!! *huff huff* *slaps her stupid desktop* Ok, I think I'm done for now... Don't forget. One other thing that irritates me is fangirls, especially band fangirls. I like this band named MGMT and you can always count they'll be some stupid "i love you andrew xxx" or some other perverted comment on one of their videos. It drives me insane! Listen to the dang music and stop being such pervs! ![[ndoh]](/images/smilies/emot_doh.gif "[ndoh]") I also dislike stoners (sorry if I've broken any rules by saying that) on SongMeanings.com that constantly post that a specific song is about drugs and nothing else. I'm very annoyed that each Pokemon game only has one save file. I mean, I think I understand the purpose (too easy to trade pokemon with yourself with multiple save files), but I desperately want to do a Nuzlocke run on one of my games without wiping my preexisting progress... also legally (so no emulators). :/ You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there. -- Jim Adkins |

I'm going to rant about my bad luck! On Saturday, I dropped a window wiper on my foot and cut it open. I had not long washed the cut and put a plaster over it when my fiancee asked me to give him a lift to work. I went to do so... and fell down my hilly, hard tarmac driveway. I've now got a great big scraze and bruise all over my knee, my right foot is bruised all down one side which is causing me to limp, my left ankle is bruised, my right hand is scraped and bruised and my right arm is bruised. AquaShee imagines a toothless old Ghosthande with suspenders. "Gerrof mah lawn!" I'm annoyed at how difficult it is to cook properly for just one person. They rarely sell ingredients in small enough portions for just one person, and I don't have the fridge room or appetite to keep leftovers. Not to mention that buying in small portions costs more. I'm also annoyed at the general behaviour of tourists, of which there are a lot here near the coast. I just wish they'd act as if they owned the place, because then they'd actually take care of it! I usually just make what I need and save the rest un-made. But then I keep opened boxes of uncooked macarooni and cheese in the fridge, so maybe that wouldn't be a convenient solution for everyone. |

Hehe, I count unused ingredients as leftovers too, in a way! It's easier with rice and pasta since they keep very well, but anything else just goes to waste. And my fridge isn't very good at all. Not to mention that I tend to eat ingredients even uncooked, so I don't have any leftovers after I'm done cooking anyways. The Community Scribble: make (y)our own metaroom! |
