You go to the My Caves main page (either at the left by My Caves ==> Main or you simply click here). At the bottom of the page you'll see the My Caves Menu. Just click on Change ==> Information. There you are able to change your username, password and your avatar picture. Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... |

On the top left hand of the screen, where you see their head and their name, click that - it should give you a screen with a photo-taking device. You can see this here. To get the photo out of your game, export the norn and use this tool at TCR, then right click and save the image to your computer. You'll need to open it with Paint or something to crop and resize the photo to a size of 80x80 pixels and save it as a PNG, GIF or JPG before uploading it to My Caves. Hope this helps!
