Does anyone know which addon breed of Creature is the biggest in terms of height and width in the game?

Technically I'd say Gaia, but otherwise I'd have to guess a Grendel breed of some sort. |

That is something I'd like to know as well so that when I make backgrounds for metarooms, I know how big to make the tunnels so that the tallest creatures can fit without trouble... |

Well, there were those raw CV norn-breed conversions... massive things. But accounting for them might be a bit much.

The first thing that came to mind was actually Norngirl's spotted anteater norns, but those are a C2 breed and we seem to be talking about C3/DS.
Gaia is probably the biggest overall, but not the biggest mobile breed. The CV conversions are probably worth a look. |

Definitely the CV conversions.
Gaia's probably the biggest in general, but yeah she isn't mobile.
After that the biggest breeds I know of are Gaius, the Sabertooth Norns, and the converted Boney Grendels.

Besides what's been stated, I believe the Yeren Grendels are also pretty big. Granted, they're just a smidgen taller than a normal grendel (and not a lot of people have them anyway).

The golden desert norns are pretty big. And the deep norns, I think. I don't know how they compare the one ones listed, though.

The Deep Norns are normal sized, they just have big feet. Dimension-wise they shouldn't be any bigger than normal breeds.

Sabertooth norns are big but nowhere near the biggest. Still, it's sad seeing them try to grab things out of corners in the meso they're too tall to fit into.
Maybe it's time for some megafauna, now that RAM isn't as much of an issue as it was when C3 came out?

Just out of curiosity, have any of you ever had problems with a creature from a cross between different sized breed's limbs not fitting together correctly? |

Yes, indeed. Breeding with Micro Ettins or Nano Norns can give extremely funny results.
