Bohemia seems to be a very healthy, thriving Norn. The Biochemistry set log averages show:

I opened up the X-ray agent and discovered

Can anyone give me some pointers on how to repair kidney and bones especially, as well as liver A and muscles?
Messing with organs gives me some anxiety...it's all so overwhelming! I don't even understand how she can be alive without functioning bones and kidneys...

What game are you playing? I'm no expert, but low bone health can be a sign of heavy metal poisoning that can be a result of spending an extended period of time near a highly radioactive environment e.g.: the Creatures 2 volcano.
Some of the organs dying isn't that bad for a Norns' health, but can reduce the lifespan. Its the vital organs such as the brain and heart you have to be careful with.
Just try keeping her well-fed for now, and make sure you keep an eye on her. |

I'm playing DS. I've altered with the genome a bit and have started running a thorough study

Maybe this norn does have kidney and bones, but due to some genetic changes they aren't recognized as such anymore by the x-ray agent?

It looks like Bohemia has had a severe dose of muscle toxin at some point in her life - the only way to recover is by injecting muscle tissue. Prostaglandin, as found in panatreea potion or the C3 vitamin potion, might also help the liver. I don't think anything can be done for the bones or kidney, though.
The Creatures Wiki C3 Organs page might help with learning what the organs do.

Well, basicly it is possible to replace a creatures organ with an agent. Sometime ago I wrote an experimental lung-replacement, and it should be possible to make kidney-replacement and bone-replacement too, and maybe I'll make and upload them some time... |

Is the lung downloadable?
I think dead bones means poor immune system, and I'm not sure what kidneys do. If they're anything like in real life they flush out toxins.
So from my guesswork, I'd say your norn is probably fine as long as you keep her away from illness and toxins. But cures might not work on her if she does get sick.
By the way, I don't care if anyone steals my ideas for their own work, as long as you don't try to stop me from making my own stuff. Many ideas I mention are things I don't have the time or skill to actually do. |

I'm mostly trying to figure out how to stabilize the genome itself. After several more studies I have a mess of data and not a clue how to interpret most of it

@ Ettina: Not really, there is an early .cos-file right here, but I'm going to re-write it and make a few changes (like not using to creatures OVxx), so in a few weeks I will hopefully be able to release it. |
