Hello everyone. Im sure you have all heard this before but I cant seem to solve the problem so here we go again. I'v installed DS and I want to play it but it keeps saying theres an update and when I click yes it just says: Installation stopped Trouble bzip2 reading from c ![:\](/images/smilies/confused.gif ":\") Program Files\Docking Station\file_list_splash.txtpartialCan anyone help with this problem? I have uninstalled and reinstalled about 5 times... didnt make a difference. Please, I really want to play DS again. Thanks |

Where did you get the DS files from? The update is most likely a lie. Use engine.exe instead of installblast.exe and see how that goes for you. Here's someone else, with what looks like the same problem. Hope this helps.  My TCR Norns |

Try the later version from: www.creaturesdockingstation.com and then change the shortcut to the game to point to engine.exe as Malkin said Don AmberCreatures  |

Tahnks guys I apreciate the help.. I got it working but i had to get the offline version because i couldnt register an account.. Something to do with the server being down or something, I;m not too sure. But I'm wondering how can I register and in offline mode can i still download content? |

Registration is closed at the moment, unfortunately.  In offline mode, you can't use the Warp, but you can still download and install breeds, metarooms, and adopted norns. My TCR Norns |

Yep, Iv already downloaded a bunch of content, thanks guys.. One more thing though, I'm looking at the Aquatilis Caverna and like it a lot but the download link doesnt seem to be working. Or maybe its on my end but if you could conferm that for me it would be great. Thanks again |

Thanks ylukyun, works perfectly. Im looking into getting different norn breeds now, but what does the slots mean? Ex. Norn A, B C, etc. Edit: Also where would be the best place to go to find all available breeds? And I see people saying I need to download ATT files and egg files or something? |

Norn breeds each come with their own pictures and their own instructions for how the pictures attach - sprites and ATT files. Norn genetics say 'I use whichever head is in slot A for my head' etc. The slots are holding pens for whichever breeds you'd like to put in them, and you can't have more than one breed in each slot installed in your game. if you ject the cos file for asking for your account you can reregister your world once the warp comes back up. By the way, I don't care if anyone steals my ideas for their own work, as long as you don't try to stop me from making my own stuff. Many ideas I mention are things I don't have the time or skill to actually do. |
