Hello everyone. I apologize if this topic has already been posted somewhere. I have been searching for a while and have not been able to find a solution to my problem, so I thought I'd try posting here.
So I am using Bobcob to create Creatures 1 COBs. Everything is fine and dandy, except I am having problems importing pictures into my COB files.
The problem seems to be that Bobcob is not updating the dimensions of my image. For example, if I open a COB, and the image for that COB is 16x49, I cannot properly update the image for this COB. I can import a picture or sprite file, (let's say it's 40x45 pixels) and it will update the image being used, and it will indicate that the dimensions have changed, but this does not display correctly in the Object Injector.
When I open up my Object Injector in C1, and select the COB, it will display my new image, but only inside of a 16x49 pixel rectangle, so most of the image is cut-off.
Similarily, if I create a new COB and insert an image, no graphic will display in the Object Injector. Presumably because the dimensions were initially set to 0x0 pixels.
I've uploaded a handy little screenshot to explain my issue better: Click Here To See
I have this problem whether I create new COB files, edit old ones, import .bmp files or .spr files. It also happens whether I use my own sprites, or official ones from the Images folder. I'm using Windows XP, and am using the Windows XP version of BoBCoB.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
