Hello!
I injected Veridia into my C3 world and was taken to a beautiful room, but there is no door or button to get back there...
Anyone know how? |

Do you mean there isn't a Favorite Places icon?
If there is, but there's no doors or buttons for your Norns to get in and out, try manually picking them up and going in there (with number lock off, i think, you can use 1 and 3 to scroll between rooms without your hand.. or maybe it was on... xD)
If there's no Favorite Places Icon, then I don't know how to help, sorry. Maybe bring a teleporter of some sort with you before injecting, and when it takes you to the room, put one part in there and the other part somewhere else?

There's definitely a favourite place icon! I know because I coded it.
There isn't a door; I would suggest using The Hub, another CCSF release.

Yeah, no doors or room button.
Being fairly new room I thought I was missing something. I tried bringing a teleporter object there but have yet to get it to work. |

There is definitely, definitely a favourite place icon. I just downloaded and checked.
Try injecting it in a new world and let me know if you get a fav place icon.
Are you on a mac or a PC?

Well no button appears...
Also the Hub does not appear in my Creator when I put it in the agents directory.
I have Creatures Exodus, and I'm playing c3. |

Ah, Veridia and The Hub are DS only. Install DS. You won't regret it.

On a PC, Windows 7
I created a new world and after getting the powerups injected Veridia, still no room button.
Edit: Ah, maybe creaturescaves downloads can be updated to remove the C3 from the description then? |

I've just corrected the descriptions for The Hub and Veridia. So sorry about that! |

Although there is a room button for Veridia in DS, there is no door for creature use. The interporter solves this issue. I also have a habit of disabling the room's elevators and setting up elevines in their place. I don't know if it's the vast space of the room or what, but my norns tend to obsess over riding the lifts up and down nonstop. Same goes for the Biodome. Both metarooms are absolutely fantastic and I use them often. The extra set-up time is worth it.

You can put them in your little drawer on the right and take them in. |

Yeah, I've noticed the same thing if I stick norns in... definately something to think about before I do the next one. Liam, Moe hasn't come up with a way to solve the norn-obsession with elevators yet, has he - maybe make them invisible unless they're actively trying to go somewhere? *scratches head*
(I'm not the best when it comes to CAOS. *points at Liam* Although, I have a feeling he'll be making me do a lot more of the next one.)
To actually answer your question, right click on a norn to pick it up, then scroll through rooms using scrollwheels till you get to Veridia. Or use Norn-to-inventory. Or the hub, or Moe's arches, or.... there's a lot of things that will get you in and out, really. |
