OK, I'm running gen1 regular ChiChi and CFE norns through Danikat's IQ test, and so far the CFEs aren't doing well. The normal ChiChis usually ride up and down the elevator and play with the buttons and stare at the portal machine until they enter child, and then suddenly they head straight through the whole route into the Meso. The CFEs, in contrast, typically call down the elevator and then stare at the fake norn until they starve to death.
Does anyone know where I can contact Vampess? Her website doesn't have any contact. She says she tested the CFEs with the IQ test, but I'm guessing she'd structured it differently somehow. I've got my world set so only one norn can be in it, and I'm running said norn through the IQ test until they pass (and get warped out once they've eaten a bit) or fail (and die). Did Vampess have multiple norns being tested at once? My best guess is that these guys are trying to relieve loneliness by staying near the fake norn. If so, maybe they need some edits to help them prioritize better.
By the way, I don't care if anyone steals my ideas for their own work, as long as you don't try to stop me from making my own stuff. Many ideas I mention are things I don't have the time or skill to actually do. |

An update - I tried turning the fake norn into an ettin, and my current CFE norn lost interest in it, but now all she's doing is pacing back and forth without looking at anything. Not sure what's up.

You could try using the health bar to read your creature's mind.
I imagine that your creature is trying to form a relationship with the punching bag, in the absence of any other creature.
You might like to get in contact with ArchDragon as well.
