Whenever we try to launch Creatures 2 on my Windows 7 machine I get this message. http://imageshack.us/photo/my-images/59/cre2err.png/ Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks -Tim |

Hi Tim, welcome to Creatures Caves! Anyway, Creatures 2 is infamous for not working on either Vista or Windows 7. To get it working, look at this thread. Alternatively, you could also purchase the GOG (Good old games) version of C2 bundled with C1 from here. Hope this helps! |

I would go with C-Rex's suggestion of GOG's version of The Albian Years. I haven't had any issues with Creatures 1 or 2 in a Windows 7 environment. The only slight annoyance is that C2 requires 16-bit to run. Not too big of a problem! Hopefully you'll be able to get back into C2 very soon! Good luck! |
