Hello everyone.
I'm trying to find what the mutated genes are in a Creature that is a cross breed of a few breeds, but I'm having a bit of trouble doing so.
I have used the PRAY decompiler (http://tcr.diagonalfish.net/pray_decompile.php) and have looked at the creatures .gen file to find that it has a total of 14 mutated genes.
The problem now is that I can't figure out how to find what these mutated genes are and how, I can't use gene-compare because it is a cross breed so I can't just select one .gen file to compare it to.
Please help!

Compare it with each breed one by one the "remaining" genes are definatly mutated. All other genes might be mutated too, but you will most likely never know |

That's it! Doesn't Gene-Compare spit out the numbers of mutated genes? Compare the new genome with all base breeds you used. Make a list of all mutated genes.
Now you look up which genes appear in all the lists.

Okay, that might take a while, but I'll give it a go.
Edit: Actually, this will take a long time, there are I think four different breeds and I'll have to go through all those lists to find 14 genes, see you all a few years from now.

What breeds are they?
The C3 norn breeds are genetically identical to each other, and the Astro, Siamese, Harlequin and Fallow norns are genetically identical to the Chichis.

Oh, wait, it's only three.
Chichi, Undine and Gargoyle.
