Creatures Caves

I've encountered a really stupid problem in Creatures 2: my pregnant female Norn Marsha appears to be stuck. Whenever I try to push her using the hand, she only turns in the direction, and doesn't move. I've tried Lay That Damn Egg! but all that she does is go into a laying position and nothing happens. I would export her, but whenever I try importing pregnant Norns into my world the game crashes.

Also, when I did export her, I also imported her parents in the same world. When I imported her though, the game crashed and when I started it up again, her parents had gone! Is there any way I can get them back?

Edit: I recently started up a new world and bred a few Norns. However, as soon as I imported a Norn I downloaded, the game crashed, and now whenever I start up the world, I get an error saying it has encountered a problem and needs to close. Please can someone help?
