I un-installed Creatures Exudous using Revo Uninstaller, but now I can't get it to reinstall. I remember having trouble getting to install again the last time I uninstall, but I can't remember what I did to make it install. Anyway, when I put the Creatures Exodus disk in auto-run comes up. Then I press the "Install or run button" and nothing happens.
By the way, I'm using a Windows Vista Laptop, if that helps...

Is there a setup or install executable file on the CD you can run manually?
If you right click on the CD drive in My Computer, and select Open, you should be able to see the files on the disk.

I got pop-ups about Setup.exe not working, 32-bit set up not working, and Exodus being in the wrong volume.

If you get an error message you can left click on it, then press the Ctrl and C keys together to copy the message and paste it here. Or you could try and type it in from the error.
That might give us a better idea of the problem Its the wrong volume error that sounds useful. The other error should just be to say that Windows detected that the installer didn't run.

Okay, I'll post it the next time it comes up. That's the second time those pop-ups have come up...
EDIT:
Here It always comes up when the Exodus disc isn't in...
I think it came up when I tried to open task manager...

Have you looked if it got removed from the programm and funktion (or what ever it's called on english windows), if not that could cause problems. You could also try a cleaning tool (it shold be cptable of checking the registy) to get rid of remnants of the old instalation. I'm runing Exodus on a VIsta laptop and had no problems with the instalation (but it was the first installation). |

When I tried installing the free version of Docking Station... this came up.
I found this strange because the free version of Docking Station has nothing to do with Creatures Exodus. Also, the Creatures Exodus folder no longer exists.
