When I installed Edynn and pinned it to the task bar, I then ran the program and it said the following error message:NLE0001: 'Main Directory' setting not found. What do I do? |

Hi Nornynorn,
I haven't had any experience with Edynn, (sorry!) but it will help others to help you if they knew some more details; for example, what operating system you're trying to run Edynn on.
When asking for help, it's best to try and provide as many details as possible. The more information we have about the problem the better. |

Do you have a machine.cfg file? I'm not overly familiar with Windows stuff, but I did a quick google-around and that was one of the suggested fixes - but for a straight DS install on XP, not Edynn on Windows 7.
Also, are you an admin on that computer?

Windows 7 Starter has several limitations, it may be the situation that this is the worst culprit.
Sometimes Edynn can't find your Docking Station or the user rights are blocking it. In this case you can read futher.
First of all, you may want to try to reinstall Docking Station into your own user folder instead of using the one of the system. Delete any installations via the Add/Remove Software option in the Control Panel; Then run the setup again. At the begin you can choose a folder: Click Browse.... You can pick a folder like My Documents, The installer will create a DS Folder for you. Then continue installation as usual.
Then try the same for Edynn.
