I just installed DS on my new 64-bit Windows 7 laptop, but it's having problems other than conflicts. DS is not having problems on my dad's Win7 laptop, which is also 64-bit.
After I start an world I get this:
Uploaded to my server because that's easier.
Seems to be an internal engine error and has nothing to do with CAOS.
I have also these patches installed:
- All fixes by Vampess, including the CFE genomes.
- The event music fix by Gryph a.k.a. Starscream.
- The Bibble-speak for Geats by Papriko
- Improved speak by C-Rex
- The GUI additions by Apollo (at Eem Labs)
Thanks!

Have you tried reinstalling it without the patches? You could try a process of elimination...

Hmm this is confusing. It looks like the upper range of your 64-bit computer's ram... Perhaps a 32-bit application trying to access such high memory and cannot? Have you got anything else open (or improperly closed) which might be taking/protecting this space? I am guessing restarting didn't help.. |

I have an computer with an Intel(R) Core(TM) i5 CPU M 430 @ 2.27GHz, 2267 MHz with 2 cores and 4 GB RAM.
@ylukyun: Yeah, I thought something like that. I'm going to reboot now and see if that helps.
EDIT: No, it still don't work.
