Help Forum Genetics Kit error    scoota94      1/13/2010 I just installed the GOG version of the albian years and all is good... Until now The genetics kit won't connect to the application to lay eggs etc. I read that the remastered patch fixes this but it still did'nt work! Anyone know a fix? If not is there a way to create an egg file from a .gen file? EDIT: Unfortunately it also doesnt work! I guess my only hope is a program that can create an egg file from a genome so i can get it from the hatchery. You sure you installed the remastered patch correctly?   scoota94   1/14/2010 I tried it tons of times! I even reinstalled creatures! Good news though! I download an egg maker that creates eggs from C2 gen files! so thats working okay But I still need an alternative to C1 does anyone know a way to convert C1 gen files into C1 egg files? EDIT: YAY! I fixed it! the problem was because I was not running the genetics kits in admin mode! Don't be worried about who is right, Just follow you heart...
