You guys should know the rules by now! Here are the intro forms. Just a note, to the RP-hating mods, this is active RP number 2. No need to lock anything. To everyone else, the LRP3 will still continue, I just want to get making this topic off my to-do list and, since LRP3 is taking FOREVER to finish, I thought we'd start this, tough I can't give you any spoilers for the remaining LRP3 plotline. RETURNING CHARRIES: Name: RP of Creation: (RP1, RP2, RP3) Info: NEW CHARRIES: Name: Gender: Age: Appearance: Species: Info: SETTING: It is Candrikarian year 4632; fourteen years after the death of queen Viara. As well, her father, Ignitus, mother, Azaamoth, sister, Safire, and husband, Zack had all died at old ages. Her nephew Jade and her own daughter, Ryuu, took over the throne together. But then the dark armies attacked. A sea of armoured black dragons flooded the horizon. The mighty white marble fortress, built by Viara herself, crumbled to the ground like toothpick that day. Ryuu and Jade managed to flee, though when they came back to look at the ruins, all that was left was the gold plaque Viara carved the day she turned eighteen; DO NOT USPET THE UGLY WORM LEST IT BE A DRAGON IN DISGUISE. And, still, it was nearly dented beyond all regognition. They soon saw that they killed nearly all other dragons in the valley. Even Flora, the pink dragon who ran the nursury, who was thought to be immortal, was found dead, lying near several smashed eggs. But one egg was missing alltogether. Not smashed, destroyed, but gone. The egg Viara found, the one that seemed made of rubies. The one that never hatched. The one Viara gave her life for. Payback time. Name: Rubi Gender: female Age: 5 years Appearance: She has her father's green eyes and her grandmother's coloring and ablilties, as well as a red mark on her shoulder thought to be from her mother. Species: Dragon Info: Rubi is so much like her grandmother that some people think of her as her grandmother reincarnated. She went missing a few weeks ago, and is currently in the Unknown Lands. Umm (O.o?) 30? Dood, dragons reach adulthood at, like, 200 years. To dragons, 30-year-olds are the equivilent of human 8-year-olds. ... Look it up. Anyway, I'll let KC start. Let me just introduce Ryuu: Name: Ryuu Gender: Female Age: 57 Appearance: A gorgeous silver dragon with piercing green eyes. She wears a woven beaded necklace given to her by her mother. Species: Silver Dragon Info: Ryuu, like her mother, can breath black fire, which can eat away any material. She can also use telekenisis, a trait common in her family line. ps. (Hmm, I always thought that dragons were adult at 25 or something like that. And Safire was rather young, so how could she die of old age 14 years later when she becomes adult at 200?) Jade brushed some dirt off his scale. He could hear his mother's voice now. "Even in a time of crisis, be sure to keep you scale clean." He had never asked her why, he had just accepted it. Sora drifted around on the sea, staring at the sky. She could feel that something...odd... was going on, but she was too isolated from anywhere to know. She just lived in the middle of nowhere, helping lost creatures that stumbled her way. She sighed and dived beneath the waves. |

Sora rose to the surface of the water and heard two dragons arguing. "Hey, what's up you two?" She asked, crawling onto the beach and draining the water out from between her scales. |

Ryuu gave a tiny gasp and galloped up to Jade, looking furious. "Look, Jade, you may not care about this, but I DO!!!" She spat. "I want to kill! I want to taste those dragons' blood! I want to avenge my parents! And you...", she gradually became calmer, "Don't seem like you want to do anything." She sits, staring at the ground, raises her head an inch to look at a small fish in the brook, and slumps to the ground angrily. Yeaaah! 1221st post! ps. Jade cleaned off one last scale, then said "Really, I'm more concerned about finding my other aunt, if you get my drift." ((Just so you know, Safire has another sister called *drumroll* KC11. I'm planning on introducing her sometime in LRP 3. Recently, tho, she went missing when she was going on an expedition to find her three children, each of which had gone missing.)) "But if you really have to avenge your parents deaths right now...." Jade stood up and shook his head. "I'll help you... sometime..." and he started to brush his teeth with a nearby stick. Jade was about to finish cleaning himself when suddenly he felt a sharp poke in the back. He twisted around to see old Robin, the Drizzard servent (for description of Robin, see This Thread ) "Go with your cousin, you lazy bum." said Robin. Ryuu had already covered quite a bit of ground before Jade went looking for her. She was already flying over Odaku Falls. She dived to catch a large trout and swallowed it whole as she ascended. Something shiny then caught her eye. She instinctively dived for it. As her claws closed around the small sphere...snap! Ten ropes were around her neck! She snarled in surprise and tried to breathe black fire, but the ropes were too tight. The shadowy figures didn't move. Instead, more of them thundered through the brush and tied more ropes around her neck. They bagan to lead her away, Ryuu still gasping in protest. In their haste, Ryuu nor the creatures had noticed that her beaded necklace had fallen off, and was now left laying on the ground. ps. I haven't played Monster Raannnrrrnnchhdoggy |

Jade flew and flew, looking about for his cousin. "Ryuu! Ryuuuuuuu! Come on, you can't still be mad at me." He was flying over the falls when he saw Ryuu being taken away by the creatures. Instantly, he had a flashback. --Flashback Moment-- Safire took little Jade outside. "It's time you learned a little bit about hunting." she said. "But mom..." started Jade. "Don't 'but mom' me, young man." said Safire. Jade followed his mother and his aunt, KC11. Eventually, they came to a forest. "What's that over there?" asked Safire, and she ran after whatever it was. Then there was a scream. KC11 quickly flew over to the spot while Jade waited. Eventually, he got up the courage to follow. He peered through the bushes to see his mother being forced into a cage by men in black cloaks. They tried to take his aunt too, but she transformed into a mouse and ran off. --End of Flashback-- Jade dove towards Ryuu and the creatures, mouth open, ready to unleash his wrath upon the bandits. He was not going to let this happen again, not going to see someone from his family be carried off. Do not upset the ugly worm, lest it be a dragon in disguise. (>oo)> |

Ryuu had turned her head just in time to see Jade divebombing the creatures holding her captive. The next second, she heard a high-pitched noise, and heard a loud thump. Then everything went black. When she had awakened, her head ached and was on a cold, hard floor. I'm in a cell!, A voice screeched through her mind. Her eyes shot open. A heavy iron collar was around her neck, with two thick chains attatching her to the wall. She warily stood up and instinctively rammed the wall; attemting to break the chains. "You shant' get out that way." Ryuu whipped around, to find she was face to face with a handsome young boy, scarcely twelve, smiling back at her (from behind the bars, of course). He, too, was wearing an iron collar, and was wearing rags and leaning on a shovel. His long blonde hair whipped about his face in the freezing draft, with his ice-blue eyes staring though at her. There was a long pause. Ryuu finally broke the silence. "Who are you?" she asked, inching foreward with her head low. "My name is not of your concern now. I shall tell you why, but at the current, I cannot." the boy continued as he saw distrust on Ryuu's face, "I was, too, captured by these monsters. Tell me, have you knowledge of what they are?" Then it came back. Ryuu remembered not much of her mother, as she was off at war most of the time that both she and Ryuu were both alive; Ryuu was mostly raised by an old bronze dragon who claimed to have lived for 1000 years when she fist met him. As he died a few years earlier of old age, Ryuu decied to belive him. Ryuu remembered being lectured on monsters from other worlds; Taxxons, Hork Bajir, Yeerks, the Nesk...wait...The Nesk are particularly nasty, he used to say to her. When they've conquored another race, they make more of their weapons and learn to shapeshift into one of that species to be able to use it. They are able to do that because..... Ryuu grinned in remembrance. The nesk are made of millions of ants! ps. I haven't played Monster Raannnrrrnnchhdoggy |

((If you know what they are too, you'll get a cookie! ^.^)) Ryuu told the boy what the beasts were and he sadly sighed and said, "Knowing what they are won't free us." Upon saying 'us' he seemed to look hurt, and he glanced away for a moment. He then noticed, accompanied with his eyes briefly being wide open in embarassment, what he was doing, and continued. "Who are you, anyway?" he choked as he uselessly fiddled with his collar. Why did he flinch when he said 'us'? I've never met him, Ryuu thought as she came up with a reply. "I am Ryuu, heiress to the throne of the main kingdom on Candrikar," she shot out, just as her mother told her how to address herself when she was in a meeting on another world. "Umm...are we on Candrikar?" she finally noticed that it was not likely for a human boy to be on her planet. "No." he replied. "I've never heard of....Candrikar, was it? Anyway, I was kidnapped from Earth...." he collapsed onto his knees at the thought of it. "I'm...I'm possibly one of the last humans. They've killed everyone. All exept me... and yo..." he stopped himself from saying the last name by slapping himself. Before Ryuu could ask, a Nesk had come up behind the boy Ryuu had been talking with and whipped him once. Though it had been a complete surprise, he soundlessly crumpled to the ground in pain, and looked back at his attacker. The beast said in a deep, menacing voice, "Alright, A-3, enough break time. Back to the mines." It fastened a leash on the boy's collar and began to lead him away. He looked back at Ryuu sadly, shook his head and allowed himself to be pulled away from her. Had he really tried to say 'you'? The poor boy's gone mad! I'm a dragon! I mean, I can shapeshift, but... ps. I haven't played Monster Raannnrrrnnchhdoggy |

'NOOO!!" roared Jade when his attack was unsuccessful. He spend the rest of the day following the group until they even went off into space. He grumbled and began to fly quickly after them, remembering the time when he and his mother went out of the atmosphere out of fear, and ended up being hit by a meteorite. As he was chasing the spaceship, he was suddenly hit by a dart. Before passing out, he thought he saw another ship coming towards him.... *** He woke up in a wilderness unknown to him. He looked about and saw a young girl sitting there watching him. "Hya nephew!" she said. "Wha?" asked Jade. The girl suddenly turned into a lightning dragon, elderly and wise. Jade instantly reconized her. "KC?" "They say it's hard to look several years younger. Not for me!" she said jokingly, turning into a much younger version of herself to prove her point. (Yay! I found this again!) "Keep at it, you useless scumbags!" The Nesk guard whipped the nearest alien, who had stopped hacking at the wall to catch it breath. The Nesk owned a large mine, and captured many creatures from diferent races to do the work for them. A raptor-like creatures scuttled up to the guard. "Sir, we've been contacted from Nafaria. They want every last one of our servants for 800 thousand keblites." the tiny creature stepped back, not knowing what his boss would do. "See if they'll bid for 1000. But I want to keep the Andalites and the dragon. Got it?" The little dinosaur-like creature looked relieved. "Yes, boss." It scrambled out of the tunnel to tell their intergalactic neighbors their reaction. ps. I haven't played Monster Raannnrrrnnchhdoggy |
