How can I get my norns that have been exported in the my creatures folder? They r on my harddisk somewhere!  this is the link that it comes up as 4 me: C![:\](/images/smilies/confused.gif ":\") Program Files\Gameware Development\Creatures Exodus\Docking Station\My Creatures THERES NOTHING IN IT! But I have norns and grendels exported? And norns I downloaded of the site don't appear in my imports on the game!!! HEEEELLLLPPPP MMEEEE!!!! btw it's : \ not the smily ~Ratty <3 |

You have exodus? Go to My Documents, Creatures, Creatures exodus, Docking Station, and i think you can find your files somewhere over there. |

I don't know where else to put this question, so here goes. Does anyone know where to get hold of Treesprite? Ive been trying to sign up to her site for weeks now, and i've tried signing up normally, emailing her (due to her post on Creaturetopia) etc. I'm lost. Can anyone please help me out? |

My docking station folder is not in the creatures folder in my documents its in program files and its exodus so I put adopted norns in the my agents folder but Idk how to find my exported norns!! their not in those folders! ~Ratty <3 |

Ratkinzluver33, could you please CALM DOWN? Rampant exclamation points and run-on sentences are not going to make us help you any faster. They only make it more difficult for us to understand what you are saying. I know it seems like nobody is helping you right now. You have had some people try to help you with your problems already, but you have not thanked anyone for taking their time to try to help you. You have only continued ranting which makes it seem like you are ungrateful and frustrated and angry. I do not know what is wrong with your game exactly, since your posts are so hard to read. If I did, I might be able to help more, but all the frustration you're giving off makes it hard to get the facts straight. If you would please sit down, take a deep breath, and type everything out with proper punctuation in bite-sized pieces. List exactly which version of the game you are using, where your game is located on your computer, and what you have tried doing so far (at least what you can remember). If you can do this, I am sure someone will be able to help you. But you need to make it possible for us to help you, because ranting and arguing with everyone who tries to help, only makes us not want to help you anymore.  |

eh heh  .... so embarassed right now... I have creatures exodus. And vista. My computer is extremely weird so beware lol My documents/creatures folder has got barely anything in it and nothing with DS related stuff in it  It's all in my program files folder, and I know how to adopt norns but I can not find my exported norns. The norns that I adopt do appear in my imports section in exodus. Thanks all for taking your time to help me and I'm sorry for anything frustrating I did, I am a kid though so it sorta explains my immature behaviour ~Ratty <3 |

No, I can't get online at all, not even to register new worlds. But yesterday some of my cfg files were corrupted, and then later I also got an error that the "bleeee" sprite gallery was missing :/ (edit to clarify) This is all fixed now, but I have another problem. I am too lazy to post it again, maybe look creaturetopia everyone |

Hey all, I'm looking for a website. This website had plants/enabled planting of starseeds and the justanut seeds. It also had an atomic bomb agent, and an agent that turned your C3 norn area into an underwater terrarium (mergrazers included) It was Grendel-something, I think. Edit: Also, I'm looking for some sort of transporter pack. Do not upset the ugly worm, lest it be a dragon in disguise. (>oo)> |

This is probably common knowledge, but what is the little face like shape, half obscured by branches, in the tree Yggdrasil for C12DS? (It may also just be in C1.) Does it do anything? It's definitely something because it overlaps oddly when a creature walks over it. Also, the main question, how do I make a picture small enough for an avatar!? I have been trying, and they always seem to be too large. |

The answer to your second question is, try and upload another avatar, and copy down the size requirements on notepad, then type them in on google and you have your avatar.  |

Two questions. One, I left my creature world on on thursday, left for my dad's, and came back today. My hunter norns are 57 hours and 14 min old, and still at child stage. Why aren't they aging? Two, does C12DS modify the grendel egg layer in the jungle? Cause there's this new grendel breed in there I've never seen before! Don't forget. Always, somewhere, someone is fighting for you. As long as you remember her, you are not alone. |

What generation are your hunter norns? Immortality of various sorts has been known to occur through natural mutations, so it may simply be that. C1toDS does come with a conversion of the C1 Grendel (smallish, spotted skin, typical C1-style sprites). The Grendel Jungle egg layer by default grabs any genome starting with the letter G*, so it doesn't even need to be modified in order to use a new Grendel breed, it will use whatever is in your game automatically. *This even includes some non-Grendel breeds. Really all it cares about is the first letter: I've seen Gecko Norns and even Gaius hatch out of there before. |

To answer the question as to why your hunter norns are still children, hunter norns are extremely slow agers naturally. On the subject of DS, I can go online no problem, send messages and creatures, and open chat windows fine. But I cannot see who is online, it says the servers are down. Also, at what point is the gender of an unborn Creature determined? Are there any factors that affect the chances of having a male/female? |

I've only ever seen someone online on DS once, probably because I almost never go online. As for the gender I'm pretty sure it is just random and there is nothing to sway it to male or female. Darren Albia Volcanis -Updated 23/2 |

Yes, but when is the gender determined? Half way through pregnancy, when the egg is layed, or at the moment of hatching, for example? |

Last thing, the gender gets determined a second before the egg hatches. When I recall it right does it use some influence of the surrounding temperature, some more influence of the ingame season and also of a random number generator. You can force the gender of an unhatched egg by pointing on it and use the CAOS code
