Rascii: You make my life difficult, angel.   Squishy-Fudge   5/31/2008 horses smell funny   christine   5/31/2008 back to the topic of cars the lotus exige is pretty much my perfect car. 0-60 in just over 4 seconds, one of the most maneuverable vehicles produced today, a top speed of 150 mph... all with a 1.8 liter 4-cylinder engine, and an incredible (for a sports car) 24 mpg highway. how? it's freaking tiny. it weighs just over one ton (the smart fortwo, that smushy, tiny car you all were talking about earlier weighs around 1600 pounds, only 400 lbs less). check out top gear's test on youtube, especially the part where jeremy gets out of the car, lol. more realistically, my dream car is any early-production datsun 240z, especially 1972 and 1973 production years. it's a beautiful car, 150 horsepower inline-6 (have you ever seen a straight six engine? they're a trip), 4 speed manual and 8 second on the 0-60. i'm saving up to buy and restore one. i'd also settle for a t-top 1980 280zx. frankly, i'd love any of the nissan/datsun z-cars, they're all amazing.
