I don't know how to do this exactly, but I would like Grania to find a mate

You have to have her socialize with a male Nornchi until the acquaintance level is at 5 (friend). Then a link saying "breed" should appear. |

To that end, I think Gomaz is still single.

I think tomorrow I am going to do another informal creatchi census. The last one was pretty interesting and the numbers should be up now that the creatchi one child policy was lifted!
Does anyone have any observations on current trends or predictions on what the census will reveal?

I predict that the system is going to always give one of three species the short end of the population stick. ![[ntongue] [ntongue]](/images/smilies/emot_tongue.gif)
Magpie, I'm pretty sure that there will be female Nornchi who would be very interested in our boys soon enough. Especially if they hang around with that bright blue coated Tangarao. lol

It's awesome to be Tangarao's owner And it's soooo awesome that the little 4th gen female Nornchi got adopted, especially by someone I recall to take excellent care of Creatchis!
I'm sure whatever happens, Tangarao will be hanging around that little gal. He likes his girls colorful. ![[nsunglasses] [nsunglasses]](/images/smilies/emot_sunglasses.gif)

Anyone else notice that a total of 16 senile Creatchis died alone? No spouse, no offspring. That's a lot.

Sad as that is, at least most of them were well cared for.

I wonder if the owners tried to pair them up but couldn't, or if they weren't interested in the breeding aspect of Creatchi.

I couldn't find a mate for Danna - it seemed like everyone with a creatchi of a similar age and suitable gender was snapped up very quickly.

Tim, my blue Ettinchi, does not have a mate yet, just saying. :3
I thought I heard someone was looking for a male ettinchi? Could be wrong but I remember reading that somewhere.

I couldn't find a mate for mine. Speaking of which, any owners of male Ettinchis interested in an arranged marriage? I see Isis is, but there are probably female Ettinchis closer in age. Oh and Isis, I think you're thinking of Doringo, who was looking for a mate for Usagi. |

I was eyeballing your female as a mate for Joseph (who is about the same age as she is), if for no other reason than that the pairing could result in the first black Ettinchi.
That said, if you want to go with someone else I'm not going to fret - part of the reason I went with a 1st gen was so I wouldn't have to worry about continuing any bloodlines.

It would be really interesting to see what happens when black and white Creatchis breed, or red and white creatchis. Hmm.

Only thing that seems a little strange is that the deceased Creatchis are now blinking in their graveyard pictures... Night of the Living Dead style? Ha!

I just had an interesting thought . . . I wonder if Creatchis can crossbreed?
Even if they can't, it would be an interesting role play opportunity! I'd try it with a 1st gen first, just in case! |

Bifrost

|
6/6/2013 | |
Right now they can't. Maybe there will one day be a splicer object available...
Meanwhile, how or when does one get the opportunity to breed that second time? Do we just have to wait for them to become receptive or in the mood? |

The blinking dead, they were amusing while they lasted. ![[ngrin] [ngrin]](/images/smilies/emot_grin.gif)
Is it just me, or are some people finding more of one Creatchi object than others lately? I seem to have run into a case of too many balls and not enough apples.
*hopes that this post might generate an apple.*
Edit: It generated medicine. lol. Right after I gave one to a sick grendelchi too!

I was just wondering... Since the creatchis have to be fed at least every couple of days, what does one do when, for example, going on vacation for a week or two and being without Internet access? |
