they are some scary statistics especially if you look to how many have died to those successfully raised |

This is very unfortunate for all of our secong gen female nornchis ^^.
By the way, it seems that ettinchis and grendelchis are getting more and more popular (or at least, they are being taken care of) so the stats hopefully will chance!

The positive news for female nornchis is that there are a couple of males who will be reaching adolescence soon. It's still not an ideal situation but it's not as bad as it looks. ![[nsmile] [nsmile]](/images/smilies/emot_smile.gif)

Update
I've decided to institute a maximum of 2 helps per Creatchi regarding the Creatchi Care feature. I realized that if a Creatchi could be helped an unlimited number of times, then no Creatchis would die of old age (since we have lots of concerned and loving Creatchi players ). This would circumvent the "must raise a gen 1 to senility to adopt a gen 2+ egg" safety clause since basically all Creatchis would be raised until old age.

Senile Creatchis in the graveyard finally have gray hair. Sorry for the delay.

I'm going to post my theory on what the BF reward is now:
Creatchi that have a relationship at BF level live an extra day. |

i wouldn't be able to tell you whether your theory is right or not since i lost internet access for over 2 days and my first creatchi died of old age while i was gone but she was bestfriends with her husband |

You can check Age of Death in the creatchi grave yard. 8^) |

That might be possible. If anyone's going to run an experiment to see if that is correct, I'd be happy to have Zojja, and my next few creatchis, serve as a member of the "control group."

More like having no best friends. I mostly send out invites to help out others on their social bar.

Hmm. Bluegrass had no best friend, but around 40 friends overall - still lived to 24 days. |

I'm going to be away for a couple of days, but I've fed and watered and socialised Danna up to 'very happy' - so it should be interesting to see where she's at when I come back.

All of the currently senile Creatchis have no spouses or children. That makes me sad.

Wow Rascii, that's depressingly right. But seems the second wave after our first Creatchis were all pretty slow. Even Arya, the first second gen, took a long time to get a mate.
After seeing Onyx I am really stoked though. I honestly thought I've seen all the colors, and then wow! I can't wait to see what happens with my Creatchi's egg or anyone else's.

Is it normal that the entire inventory (except elixier) completely resets when you have 3 Creatchi for a few days? I lost the few stuff I had.

I thought it was only supposed to reset when a creatchi died? Then you start again with a new inventory for the next creatchi? |

mip

5/21/2013 | |
I'm not sure I understand. Do you mean that you lost all your stored items when your previous creatchi died and you adopted a new one? That's normal. Or do you mean that you lost all of your items after owning your creatchi for a few days? Because that's not normal.

Nope, it died.
And why would one want to start with a new inventory? What is all the stuff for then when you lose it anyways?

I imagine it's to keep people active. Who knows, maybe we bury our creatchis with all of their earthly belongings, like the Egyptian pharaohs. ;D

Namwahi was buried with seventy something apples and balls with lots of teddies and medicine then. She's got the good life in heaven, lol.
Well I have to say with glee, my new gal Capheda laid her egg, got her egg adopted and hatched in quick time, and so now before she's even adult, she's got the full trio of a spouse, a kid, and herself! Who knows, maybe she'll see her grandkid before she dies. ![[heart] [heart]](/images/smilies/heart.gif)

Poor Char. Never even got to have kids. Oh well, she lived a good, full life. Let's hope this new Creatchi does too. I just feel bad I took her from Mip by accident.

It's really not a problem. I'm sure there'll be another grendelchi for me to spoil rotten soon. ![[nwink] [nwink]](/images/smilies/emot_wink.gif)
As for what happens to all the items when a creatchi passes away, I like the idea of the apples being buried/planted and an orchard being grown in memory of the dearly departed. ![[nsmile] [nsmile]](/images/smilies/emot_smile.gif)
