Happy Halloween! For this spooky season, I decided to create this pair of manticore-inspired grendels. They're a small preview of a breed I have in the works, though they aren't feature-complete.

They're based on Arnout's CFF Banshee Grendels, with some changes to fix issues and improve behavior. They're similar in behavior for the most part, but they do have some unique features.

They can feed by stealing eggs, gaining the instinct to do so upon adulthood (which they reach quicker than normal banshee grendels). They're also a little more cowardly; getting afraid upon being hit and having their anger (and comfort) drives backed up by the painly and fearly overwhelmsion organs. Perhaps most notably, they have a special raptorial run gait (taken and slightly modified from Dragoler's Fire Dragons) that they use when they smell norns.

In addition to the Basilisk Norn sprites, they also use the sprites of the Compatible Tiger Grendels.
