type | Living | author | savannahs11 | version | 1 | I know a thing or two about CAOS, and by that, I mean I can pick up an existing cosfile and mangle it until it starts doing what I want it to do. This is the product of that experimentation. I noticed that although C1 and C2 both had a live birth COB floating around somewhere, nobody had created anything like that for C3. So, I decided to fill that role. Now, your creatures get to poop babies instead of eggs. Seeing as a baby is generally a lot bigger than an egg, giving birth with this COS in place takes a lot more out of a creature.
Also includes a version that makes all your creatures gay.
This got maybe an hour of testing, and I have no idea what unholy bugs may be present besides what's listed in the readme. Considering its nature as a cosfile that's had sections of itself hacked apart and put together the wrong way, there's bound to be something I missed. Let me know if you see anything weird! |

Just a heads up: It appears that the DS creatureBreeding.cos files have been swapped around. The "Normal" version is in the "Boundless Love" folder and the "Boundless Love" version is in the "Normal" version folder.
And another thing is that I have ended up with pregnant males as early as the baby life stage!

This damaged any new world I create. Eggs disappear before hatching and if any creatures kisspop it crashes the game.

The MATE command works on two females, but not two males. It's hard-coded that way. It also doesn't work on interspecies pairings.

Along with typical pairings, females can get each other pregnant, but for some reason, males just kisspop.

Maybe the gay creatures can still reproduce, but with others of the same gender?

It's good to have the option.

Why would we want gay-only creatures? The whole point of the game is to breed them.
