type | Genetics Only | author | Jennie, Gulli | updated | 5/6/2013 | website | [view] | Gay Norns are a variant of the original Norn genome for Creatures 3/Docking Station that allows attraction (and optionally, breeding) between male Norns. They require the Gay Norn Executable to be run in order to enable this behavior. |

The download link for these is down.

Makes me want to dig deeper and see if we *can* change it. But.. that would just be another project for when the Warp is done ><

It just sorts of works. The command for "normal" breeding as it is used by default has all the checks for gender and species and stuff integrated. You can not disable them.
That forces you to write your own checks and mix the genomes by hand. You CAN do that, no question, but all creatures, regardless if they were created by a heterosexual or homosexual pair, regardless if same-species-only or interspecies, will ALL be labelled as "spliced" and not as "bred" since you had to use the splicing command which has no hardcoded checks, but only your CAOS ones you decide to add.
Purely aesthetic, yet people usually don't like it I guess.

I'm curious, why an exe? Doesn't it work by altering the creaturebreeding.cos?

By all means please post the link here C-Rex, then I can include it above.

I uploaded a copy of the .exe file to Mediafire a while ago. I've just tested it, and it's virus free. Anyone want it?

I've decided to remove the links until we have any further information; the last thing we want to do is give people viruses.

Uh oh. I don't know if it is, but I'll edit the post just in case.

My antivirus is telling me the .exe here is infected. Has anyone used it?

I recall that they also allow female Norns to become attracted to each other too!
