For more information on pigment bleed genes in C1, see here: https://creaturescaves.com/forum.php?view=12&thread=7781 Seven GEN files are provided, based on Slink's Many Colored/Multicolored Grendel genome. These are: * GPUR = Green and purple coloration. * BPUR = Blue and purple coloration. * GBLU = Green and blue coloration. * DIMO = Males are green and blue, while females are pink and blue. This is owing to variation in sprites, not genes. * REYE = Dark red eyes. Females have a pinkish purplish all-over color, while males have a more subtle tinge. * DULL = A dull, slightly bluish green. * GRED = The tweaking of regular pigment genes, in combination with pigment bleed genes, gives these Grendels red and green coloration. You will need a way to inject these files. The official genetics kit WON'T work! Using a cheat mode and replacing TEST.GEN with the desired file, then creating a "Norn" from the testing menu, is the method I used. The Grendels in the picture, Blake (DIMO variant) and Blanche (GRED variant), are also included. Which is your favorite? Maybe you can create new variants of your own! Originally started for CCSF 2020 Albian Winter, it comes now in the summer of 2021. This file includes two different sets of breedable grendels. One set uses the GoG default norn-genome that can never die, and the other the Formosa genome. There are no ice inspired genetic enhancements. Both versions are vanilla versions of that genome. The archive includes a male and female jungle(?) gendel, but these require the Complete Grendel to work. Though once hosted on Discover Albia, they are archived at EemFoo here. Included in both that archive as well as the frost grendel archive is sprites for adolescents for both male and female I made to balance out breeding between the frost grendels and the jungle grendels. Without this addition, the grendels will have really small jungle grendel body parts with larger frost grendel parts. 'Movie Norns' as they were known were famous for their fabulous black and white colouring, their flamboyancy and friendliness. As time went on though the shee decided that they wanted colour pictures so the norns were again altered to turn in to normal coloured norns when they hit old age. They feature green coloring, red eyes, and sharp teeth. Contrary to popular belief and some rumors, C1 Grendels are not genetically engineered to be violent. Make sure to install the Grendel Settings to allow Grendels to interact positively with those around them. They may look scary, but they're typically quite nice!
