Arthur was an albino Fallow Norn who lived in the blue-green hills of Dulcia. He had pure white fur, red eyes, and an impressive set of antlers. He was a secretive sort of creature who tended to shy away from other creatures, preferring to gallivant around in the candy trees, playing his flute and watching the stars.

Arthur is glad to meet his grandchild.
