As they reached the border of the canyon and the valley, Grav has a breakdown, and he thinks straight away he is about to have a time travelling moment. However, he sees that something is wrong, because he knows he is still on the same place and time. Eärwen sees him falling, and rushes to him. She calls Clara, who was a few meters ahead. The two approach Grav, who still doesn't know what is going on.
"I feel strange! Almost... like I'm sick!"
"What? But... but you look healthy as one of us!"
"Oh god!" both turning at Clara, with anxious faces"Grav has a 'duplicate' as well! And by the looks of it, he isn't feeling very well! We must be very cautious! Tell me, how do you exactly feel?"
"Very ill, although it is not affecting me entirely; I only have the feeling of it. We must continue!" Grav said, not wanting to think the worst...
Eärwen and Clara changed a look, and they got up, Clara picking up the leaf backpack, which they made a few hours ago so she could transport her babies.
They motioned to help Grav, but with a shaking of his head, they stood back; using a fraction of his powers, he managed to float just a few centimeters of the ground, and so they continued their journey.
A few hours later, they spotted the white cottage from afar...

The canyon seemed endless to them, as it took them almost 3 days to get to the other border. In the middle of their journey Clara felt a awkward sensation. A few hours later, she was presented by two eggs. Grav and Eärwen look astonished, but Clara explained, saying that she is most likely to be in two places at once, maybe in different time streams, for example, have "two selves" separated by 20 years.
Eärwen had had a realization thought and said that sometimes she had a dream about eggs too, however it looked to real to be a dream. Grav looked like he was going to say something, but kept quiet. Instead, a few seconds later he asked if the eggs also existed with both girls other selves. Clara thought for a moment, and said that the eggs existed in the two different time streams as one; the moment one of them hatches, the other does too. Seeing Eärwen sad look, Clara explained that her power probably isn't as strong as Grav and her, and Eärwen only senses them. She then gave a hug to Eärwen, who tries hard not to cry.

Clara and Amy where awaken by Grav, who had returned, but didn't say a word, however looking very sad.
They continued their journey through the rest of the forest, ocasionally stopping to rest and eat, without anything dangerous happening, although for a few times Clara seemed to see some fairly strange cracks, which seemed to glow. However, as soon as she blinked her eyes, the cracks where gone.
After a couple of days, they managed to exit the forest, and stood front a staggering view: a beautiful reddish canyon, with holes big enough to take their breath away. They began their quest of traversing the amazing canyon.

Looking at each other, they knew they couldn't go far, so they took the chance and decided to sleep, waiting for Grav to wake them.

As they're about to start traveling, Grav says "Wait. Before we leave, I need to go say goodbye to someone. Someone very special to me....Do not leave without me! I'll be here by dusk"

A few hour hours later, they found themselves at the side of a large river, which had no way of crossing it due to it being too large, and with a somewhat fast current. The three changed a defeated look.
"Well, I think we are a little bit of a trouble."
"You're right, we cannot cross this river, this current may pull us to uncertain destiny! Grav, can you transport us across with your power?"
"I'm not sure, I think it is better not to use it like that, in this situation if anything goes wrong, we might lose one of us. Imagine I have a time jump and if one of you girls is over the water and falls... That could be very dangerous. Although..."
Manipulating gravity, he picks up a tree in the air, and tries to lower it down so they could cross the river. However, the tree proved to be short for their needs, and it went down with the current. After a few seconds of thinking, Grav tried to pick up a tree and put it to the side of the river, however, he didn't knocked it to side just yet; he picked up another tree, and with visibly effort, he gravitated it to the other side of the river leaving it standing up like the one before. Then he clapped hands. both trees came crashing down and thankfully the crowns joined just before touching the river, allowing a very neat makeshift bridge.
They cross it without any difficulty, as Grav used a little bit of power to keep them steady.
They jumped from the tree to their final destination, and jumped in joy.

Grav agrees, and he adds "Yeah. Just thinking about it is nightmare fuel. We could get stuck in a whole other time while in our time, we'd be in this weird limbo. Or, we might come across one of our ancestors and cause a gigantic paradox. I'm sure no one here wants to be their own great-grandparent, right?". After finishing their dinner, the trio leaves....

|
"Well, yeah. I think you just did. It was terrifying and it might be dangerous as well. We have to move on quickly, we just have to find out how to use our powers in the right way, or terrible things might happen."

(At a forest) Suddenly they all stop. They seem to have heard a strange noise. They look around for a few second, and from nowhere a wild Grazer show up and runs at them; however, Grav is able to lift the ruminant animal before it arms them. Grav lifts it up a little and then cancel the anti-gravity effect on the grazer. The animal falls to the ground with great force, which seemed to killed them. The three took the chance, and made a fire and roasted the grazer, which they happily enjoyed.
Clara, getting up to continue their journey, swerved a little to the side; she initially thought it was from their dinner, but then she saw everything fading away, and she realized it was something else...
She opened her eyes, and she seemed to be in the middle of a familiar bush. She then heard her father scream "Amy? Amy!! My darling, what is going on?". Scared, and forgetting she wasn't on her normal timeline, she stood straight up, and looked at the direction where her father had screamed. Another ettinchi, a white one (she was sure it was her mother) was lying down with no signs of life. She opened her mouth to yell, but before she could had the time to do it, everything faded and she was on the ground of the forest, with Grav and Eärwen looking at her with worrying faces.
"Oh god, that felt horrible... Did I disappeared again?"
They changed a look, and Eärwen spoked.
"No, actually you where lying on the floor the whole time"
"Yeah, we though you had passed out or something, but when we checked your vital signs, you looked like you were... you know"
"That's odd... I saw the very same thing happening to our mother... Wait, did I just time travelled without getting out of my normal timeline?"

|
The three young and brave Ettinchi's begin their journey through dark woods, across rivers, through dark holes in the ground. They didn't exactly know what to find and they didn't even know the purpose of their quest, but they all felt the same: moving on to find the white cottage
