As Caranthir is staring at the egg, the egg starts to shake heavily. Afraid that the egg will roll down the hill, he puts his arms around it and tries to protect it. When he sits on the ground with the egg in his arms, a big bird appears in the sky. Caranthir stands up and keeps his eyes on the bird. In the sunlight he can see it's big claws coming closer and closer. He starts running and running trying to take the egg to a save place. As he looks back, he can see the other egg blinking in the sunlight. He is sad he can't take the egg with him because two eggs will be too heavy to carry for his old body. He runs towards an old tree with a hole in it. As he jumps in it, he falls down in the dark and he finds out he is in some underground tunnel. At this point, the egg is completely silent and he puts it down carefully, as he doesn't want to break it. Within a few seconds, the bursts in the egg grew wider, and two little shiny eyes peek through the shell. "Hello little girl!" he says quietly, because he doesn't want to scare his daughter. "I'm your daddy, don't be afraid." He breaks the last pieces of the egg shell and takes the little Ettinchi in his arms. She curls herself and gives a little squeek. "I'm going to call you Clara Oswald, that's the name your mummy and I like the best." He smiles, but his smile appears quickly when he understand this place is not a good place to be for a baby Ettinchi.. "Don't worry Clara," he says, speaking courage more to himself then to his daughter, "I will find a way to get us out here.."
