Fullscreen or Windowed?  via C-Rex on 7/13/2014 | 31 votes
Do you play C3/DS fullscreen or windowed?

Both! Windowed if I'm doing other stuff, just having a few dozen norns running about, full screen if I'm raising a pair more in-depth, much better for getting a good look at the details on norns and the background world.

I used to have problems where I could not navigate C3 or DS in windowed, so I simply got into the habit of playing in fullscreen :)

Sorry, I meant to say fullscreen, Papriko. I must have been distracted. [nlaugh]

It stretches? When I play in windowed mode, it actually changes resolution to fit my screen size. It even takes the top bar and my task bar into account for that. Even those tiny borders at the left and the right which are maybe 4 pixes each.

I agree 100% Jessica! I've also noticed using fullscreen mode on HD monitors stretches the game quite a lot and doesn't look that good.

Definitely windowed! My computer has issues with full screen. And like Papriko said, windowed mode makes it easier to navigate between different windows. I also use it when making videos, since that requires a specific window size.

Windowed here, my engine somehow suffers from framerate drops when I try to run it fullscreen.

Windowed. Easier to check out stuff on the internet and to resize the game.
