Dear Laura,
I'm a Gargoyle Norn and for some reason, everyone suddenly seems scared of me! They never used to be. When I got older I suddenly grew a pair of sharp teeth and they think I'm going to attack them! They keep throwing various foods at me and I now know getting hit by potatoes especially really hurts. They won't listen to me anymore. What should I do to stop this?

Dear Upset Gargoyle Norn,
Rather than letting all that food go to waste, why not make good use of the potatoes they throw at you? Stick a potato on each fang to show the other Norns that you don?t bite (you?ll also have a handy snack for when you get peckish!) and approach them with a gift. An offering of berries should prove to them how friendly you are. Before long everyone will have stopped being scared, and you?ll be entertaining them all with your new party trick. Why don?t you try it with apples?
