Yes, I've started them. It's going very well, but I have a few problems.
How do you reverse the effects of radiation and make it keep norns healthy? And how do you do the same thing for hotness? How can I make so that they instantly die if they fall in the ocean? (being fire creatures, they don't like water)
I managed to get them storming round in a rage and beating up grendels though. |

Create a reaction gene. Then in the first box put "water". Leave the other box empty. In the third box, put a chemical such as cyniade or something. Then in the box next to water, where it says "1" change it to "0.1" This should work for the water problem.
I don't know how to help with the hotness or radiation. For the hotness part, try looking at a magma norn genome.

But wouldn't water mean the water they drink? I thought suffocation would be the chemical that indicates they're in the sea. Also, why 0.1? (just asking, I've been putting in numbers like 6, probably why it doesn't work) |

Oh.... the Balrogs are for C2. I forgot. Well, the reason to put in 0.1 is because when they detect even the smalllest amount of water, they will instantly die.
I think it would be best just with water. If it doesn't work, then try suffocation.
I would also suggest putting a high number such as 6 or 9 in the poisen chemical.

OK, thanks for the help.
When it comes to genetics I'm only good with instincts, stimuli, pigmentation and appearance |

I'm good with the whole genome (except for maybe organs).
I'll offer any help I can if asked.
Edit: If you want them to die a painful death under the sea, try an emitter for injury.

I think-
1. Go to the "Heavy Metals" receptor.
2. Change the box that says "Injury" into "Repair Rate".

Well maby if you want being in water to hurth them I would put injury up with a lack of oxogen (Like while drowning) Or have a reactor that makes contact with water a poison (up cyanide). Would that work?
Nine times have I been told im crazy and ten times I have accepted it. |
