Hello, does anyone know how to get creatures 1 to import and breed more norns? I tried installing a 40 norns registry edit and I'm not sure what it did. It might have increased my world capacity but it certainly did not change the amount I could import or how much it took for the incubator to close, which is 8. I have tried the 24 norns cob but it does not allow me to import more than 8, only breed and hatch up to 24. |

The import limit is hard-coded in the C1 engine, unfortunately, so COBs can't get around it. All they can do is up the limit for breeding, natural egg hatching and the incubator. I'm not sure what a registry edit would do, since I don't think population is even a registry value in C1, and the only 40 Norns registry edit I'm aware of is for C2. If you really want 40 Norns instead of 24, you can edit the 24 Norns COB. However, the hard-coded import limit will still be there.  |
