Creatures Caves

So, my current Nornchi, Alli, was due to be bred with another Nornchi named Dodo, who was owned by QuilTheGreat. Unfortunately, Dodo died at some point after the breeding request was submitted - therefore, the request was submitted, but never confirmed or denied.

Since Dodo's death, Alli was instead set to pair up with Bloimey, owned by Shooshadragon. However, any attempt to breed with him brings up the following error:

'Request failed. You have already submitted a pending request to this user. 1'

I have deleted the previous request for Alli to mate with Dodo, but there are no pending requests for her to mate with Bloimey (ie. no copies of such messages saved in my message page). I asked if Shooshadragon could try from her end, but it seems there is no option for her to choose.

I suspect the previous request might have messed things up, but I'm not sure. Does anyone have any suggestions/further information?

EDIT: OK, so this has since been resolved. I don't know how, but yay all the same.
