Every time I try to import a creature, Docking Station becomes completely unresponsive for almost a full minute before the creature actually imports. It's tedious and annoying, and I'd like it to stop. Any help? |

Creatures are the most complex type of file in this or tbh MOST games....
I am not sure why it would take a whole minute to import a norn
Sorry for not being a help...

This is a long shot, but perhaps your antivirus is being overzealous and scanning the activity? Modern AVs these days tend to always be monitoring what processes are up to, and if they see one doing anything "suspicious" like trying to read or open a file, they scan it before allowing it to continue. |

How many exported creatures do you have? That was causing problems for you before... |

GimmeCat's idea seems interesting. Anti virus programs tend to be........ overzealous nowadays.

Definitely check how many creatures are in you My Creatures folder. Too many will lag the game when it loads & imports. |
