I wanted to let everyone know that I am coming back to update Creatures Pocket with Steam Integration. I will be working on it gradually, but my plan is to release a full update that includes new videos, tutorial assistance, and EVENTUALLY, integration with Creatures Village. I aim to complete this before 2026, in time for the 30th anniversary of Creatures. If you are still using my creation, please contact me. The registry files included with the 1.6 Legacy release WILL interfere with the Steam version, and I want to help you remove them. While the chances are slim that people are still using this, they are not zero. I do plan on trying to reach out to Steve Grand again, and share his comments and stories. It’s a me! If I recall correctly, Creatures Pocket/Pocket Edition is basically a portable version of the Creatures games that can be installed on a USB drive and played on any PC. |
