Can you create new breeds of norns with it, cause I wanted to make a breed that has certain sprites in certain slots, however the sprites will differ between sexes, perphaps even have them tinted diffrently, but either way I don't want it where when two of the same kind breed, it mixes or messes up their sprites and pigments, I want it to treat it as the "default" for this breed. |

You can have different sexes use different sprites easily.
Just make two genes for each bodypart, and set the sex to either male of female.

Can you do the same for pigmentation?
Can you make diffrent sections have diffrent colors? Like say I want the arms to be purple, but the legs red. |

I don't know about C2 genetics, (geNorNics might be of more use to you) but it seems that different sprites respond to genetic tints differently - e.g. Rainbow from Bibbleworld. Hope this helps.

No, you can't set different pigments for different bodyparts I'm afraid.
But as Malkin said, differently coloured base sprites (like Kai Norn arms and Emeral Norn legs) will respond differently to pigmentation, causing the same effect.
