Is anyone making a website and in need of help with HTML, CSS, PHP, MySQL, or anything else? I would be more than happy to help! 
And if anyone needs a host for their website, let me know! I have lots of space, PHP and MySQL access, etc.

I have already a place to put my first few tests in for other people, but the good Hiro2260 uploads and updates not that often... 
so I think about making an own website. my main problem is to get a URL. for me is important that it is for free and still not too small. 
for HTML I have a few editors, but I think some tips are never bad. 
what about Creatures Caves? is this for free?

Yes, I would host for free. The URL would probably be either creaturescaves.com/whatever or whatever.creaturescaves.com

my question "what about Creatures Caves? is this for free?" was so meant:
do you, Rascii, have to pay for the server and/or the URL? or is it free like yahoo geocities?
but if you offer me some webspace... I would not refuse

Ah, no I have to pay monthly for both Creatures Caves' website space and domain name. ![:\](/images/smilies/confused.gif ":\") But as long as people are enjoying it I don't mind!

hmm, that`s not so good when you have to pay for it... but it is nice that you don`t mind and still keep this website up.
Am I right when I say that Creatures Caves is one of the biggest and most visited still-online creatures sites?
Treesprites Creature Grove, Amber Creatures, Seeyou7 and some others are also there. but Treesprites and Ambers sites are a bit smaller and Seeyou7 is more a where-to-find list...
nothing against a good where-to-find list, but I think you know what I mean.

urm... I use FF 3.0 as webbrowser, so I just have to type treesprite and then press the arrow key down...
but I think Ghosthande is right ^^

I'm thinking about starting up a real website to host my stuff. Tripod's difficult to use and has so many ads it probably bogs down people's systems. Plus, the site just sucks in general.
So, do you happen to know any free, easy web hosters with unlimited storage, or at least a large amount of storage?

I can't believe the Gameware forums are *still* shut either. Its quite ridiculous as that'll have a negative effect on attracting new and returning members to the current community
