I'm getting back into C3DS after many years, and I'm looking for the most up to date norn genom (last time I playes I think this was called the CCSF Norns or something like that)
I also understand theres a community patch that fixes some issues in the engine, like for example eliminating the bug that made neural transmitters not work. Hopefully the most up to date breeds take advantage of this change, as it should make for some fun and complex Norn behaviours). |

If you want the most advanced genome available, the True Warmbloods are it. They do require some patches and extra agents to really get the most out of them, though.
If you want something potentially less finicky, the 2017 Creatures are a good choice. They aren't as advanced as the TWBs are, but they do share some of their features.
Finally, if you want maximum compatibility, the Creatures Full of Edits (CFE) are probably the best option. They're a massive improvement over the default creatures, but not as advanced as the aforementioned two genomes (by virtue of being their ancestor; both TWB and 2017 are based on the CFF genome, which is based on the CFE genome).
To my knowledge, there's no breed or really any addons at all that take advantage of the Community Edition fixes, since it's still pretty new. Neuroemitters in particular weren't particularly well thought out; even in CE they don't work the way it looks like they would work and the Genetics Kit doesn't display their set values correctly, among other issues. Nevertheless, it does look promising.
